Bob Greenberg has been with the firm since 1974. His practice area is primarily focused on pursuing collection claims against employers who have failed to make accurate contributions to the pension and health & welfare benefit trust funds represented by the firm. Bob has a well-established record of success against delinquent employers in federal court, and one would be hard-pressed to find a District Court judge in Chicago who is not familiar with him.
When he is not going after unpaid benefit contributions, Bob represents individuals and business entities in real estate and property transactions, and a number of other miscellaneous matters. Bob is also proficient in drafting wills and trusts.
We are proud to note that in 2014, Bob was recognized by the Illinois State Bar Association as a “Distinguished Counselor,” for providing over 50 years of honorable service at the Bar.
