ABOUT
JE HONG (JOSEPH) Park joined the firm as an associate in 2025 in the area of benefits administration. Joseph received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law. During law school, Joseph was a Peggy Browning Fund Fellow at the Strategic Organizing Center. He completed internships with the Illinois Education Association, the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of the Solicitor, and with the Hon. Daniel B. Malone at the Circuit Court of Cook County. He also served as a research assistant to Professor Matthew W. Finkin, as an articles editor for the Journal of Law, Technology & Policy, as membership director of the Labor and Employment Law Society, as vice president of the Asian Law Students Association, and as sponsorship director for the National Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.

Prior to law school, Joseph received a B.F.A. in Film & Television from NYU Tisch School of the Arts with a minor in Business of Media, Entertainment and Technology. He went on to work as a freelance film producer and as an elementary school classroom assistant helping special needs children. He produced several award-winning narrative and documentary films exploring global identity and most recently won a Silver Telly Award in 2024. He was inspired by the power of collective action of the labor movement after being exposed to entertainment guilds in the film industry.
